This policy explains what data the Jea AI Labs website and the Jea AI Labs Publisher tool ("the Service") handle.

1. This website

This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or tracking, and doesn't collect personal information. The hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security.

2. Jea AI Labs Publisher (TikTok integration)

The Service connects only to the Jea AI Labs TikTok account, through TikTok's official Login Kit and Content Posting API, after the account owner approves access. Through this connection it:

• receives the account's basic profile information (an account identifier, display name and avatar) to confirm the correct account is connected;
• uploads videos created by Jea AI Labs to that account, as drafts or posts, only when the account owner chooses to.

The access token TikTok issues is stored only on the account owner's own computer, in a file only that user can read. It's never sent anywhere except to TikTok's API. The Service doesn't read other users' data, and it doesn't sell, share or use any data for advertising.

3. Product demos

Information you enter in our product demos (for example a demo booking or chat) stays in your own browser's local storage and isn't sent to us. You can clear it by clearing your browser's site data.

4. Retention and deletion

Access can be revoked at any time from TikTok's settings (Security → Manage app permissions) or by disconnecting the Service, which deletes the stored token.

5. Children

The Service isn't directed at children and doesn't knowingly collect data from them.

6. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
